If you love desserts that are smooth, sweet and satisfying, you’ve got to try the tau fu fah here! They’ve got loads of fun toppings to choose from, but I decided to keep it classic with palm sugar. The tau fu fah was ridiculously silky, like eating a cloud (if clouds were made of soy). And the palm sugar? Absolute magic. It wasn’t too sweet, but just enough to make every bite feel like a hug for your taste buds. The combo is simple, but it hits all the right spots. I’m already planning my next visit to try some of the other toppings because if this is how good the classic is, imagine the possibilities! If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for? Go grab a bowl and thank me later!
